The user, by pressing the play button, makes the virtual dancer appear. If there is a real performer sending 3D motion data to the program, it will try not to collide with him. It is possible to stop the improvisation by pressing the other button.
The user interface also offers a 2D schema. This schema allows the user to locate the two dancers in space. It also enables an eventual choreographer to indicate a place in the studio, which he wants the virtual dancer to reach, as shown on the next figure.
