Visgraf Lab celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2019. For this reason, we plan to organize a commemorative event at IMPA on November 1st. This date was chosen because it occurs shortly after SIBGRAPI 2019,  the 32nd Conference on Graphics, Patterns and Images conference, which will be held in Rio de Janeiro from October 28th to 31st. Some activities are part of the commemorative event schedule. The first of these will be a round table with current Laboratory researchers, Luiz Velho, Luiz Henrique de Figueiredo and Diego Nehab. The round table will be followed by a small celebration cocktail. In addition, throughout November 1st, we will be displaying posters of old and current works developed by members and former members of the Visgraf Laboratory. For this, we will use IMPA’s Digital Signage system, a set of electronic information panels arranged in the second floor hall.
